커티스 컴퍼니에서 주력으로 판매되는 트럼펫 더블 백 입니다.
모델명은 T1D이고, 총 4가지 컬러로 출시되었습니다.

이 제품은 컨셉은 2대의 악기를 가볍게 들고 다닐 수 있게 디자인된 모델입니다.
전면에 큰 포켓에 악보와 다양한 액세서리를 수납할 수 있고, 뒷면에는 에어메쉬 소재의 백팩이 있습니다.
내부는 고급스러운 벨벳소재에 퀼팅처리 되어있으며, 내부구조는 벨벳+3온스 코튼+펠트+단열재(알루미늄 포일+우븐펠트+PE폼+알루미늄 필름)+2mm판
총 8개 층으로 이루어져 있습니다. 이런 복합층은 외부의 환경으로부터 악기를 안전하게 보호합니다.

겨울철 찬 공기로 부터 열 손실을 막아 악기를 항상 일정한 상태로 유지시켜 안정된 연주를 할 수 있게 도와 줍니다.

두번째 특징으로 겉으로 보기에는 일반 소프트 형식의 백으로 보이지만 내부에 2mm 두께의 단단한 판을 넣어서
외부 충격에 악기를 효과적으로 보호합니다.

This product concept is designed it for light weight to carry two instruments.
A large pocket on the front can put a lot of accessories and sheet music, and the back has a backpack with air mesh material.
Inside is Quilted luxurious velvet and the internal structure is velvet + 3 ounce cotton + felt + insulation
(aluminum foil + woven Felt + PE foam + aluminum foil) + 2mm hard plate, It consists of a total of 8 layers.
This composite layer protects the instrument from the external environment.

단열원리 Reflective Insulation
열은 열전달의 주요 방법인 복사와 전도 및 대류현상을 통해 이동합니다. 이중에서 열이동의 가장 많은 비중을 차지하는 복사열의 이동은
여름철 열증가와 겨울철 열손실의 주 원인으로 하이브리드 단열재의 알루미늄의 고반사/저방사 표면은 적외선 방사와 복사열 전달을 막는
효과적인 재료입니다.
알루미늄의 방사율은 0.03~0.05이며, 반사율은 95~97% 정도이지만, 유리섬유, 발포제 및 섬유소 등의 대부분의 건축자재의 방사율은 0.7을
넘습니다. (흑채 방사율 1기준/ 수치가 낮을 수록 성능이 뛰어납니다)
Reflective insulation uses layers of aluminum, paper, and/or plastic to trap air and thus reduce convective heat transfer.
The alumnim component however is very effective in reducing radiant heat transfer.
In fact, the metalized and foil materials commonly used in reflective insulation will reduce radiant heat transfer by as much as 97%.
There are other beneficial consideration for using reflective insulation. Generally, these products have a very low water vapor
and air permeance.
When installed properly, with joints taped securely, reflective insulation materials are efficient vapor retarders and effective
barrier to air and radon gas.
